I joined Team Elevate in early 2023 after being invited by then Michigan Chapter Lead, Nathan. To me, Team Elevate has some of the most unique cars out there. I love that just as much as the amazing car family and friends I’ve met along the way.

My Spark in Cars

My passion for cars started around 1993–1994. My dad’s love for Hondas and Acuras in the late ’80s and early ’90s was unmatched. He owned:

• White 1993 Acura Legend Coupe
• Red 1992 Acura Integra GS-R

I remember sitting in his lap pretending to steer. I collected HotWheels, MatchBox, and Maisto 1:18 scale cars. My parents gave me DuPont Registry and Lowrider magazines for inspiration since I loved drawing cars.

These days, my favorite read is Stance Auto Magazine — it fits perfectly with the stance world I’m in now.

My First Car

My first car was a 1996 Plymouth Neon R/T, bought in 2007 with about 30k miles for under $1k from a family friend. Sadly, it was totaled a year later in a bad freeway accident.

Dream Cars

• 1963 Chevy Impala – Lowriders are my second love in the car world.
• 1991 Honda NSX – Fell in love when I learned it was like a “Japanese Ferrari” but more reliable.
• 2002 Jaguar XK8 – I’d love to stance a convertible version. First drove one in 2005 and have wanted one since.

A Tribute to My Mother ❤️

"She loved when I worked on my car and even encouraged me to open a garage one day."

I renamed my Accord "Tammy" after my late mother, who passed on January 31, 2025. Keeping Tammy looking good is my way of honoring her, just as she would have wanted.
